After receiving the website, we started by conducting a comprehensive market analysis to identify competitors, We studied and analyzed more than 50 competitors, and in the end, we were able to identify the top 3 competitors in this field. After a thorough analysis of their performance, we pinpointed their strengths and weaknesses in detail, We then developed a strategic plan to avoid these weaknesses and enhance them on our website.
We also analyzed the keywords used by these competitors in the Saudi market, as well as related terms within the same field, After selecting the best keywords that align with the market’s nature and the target audience, we updated the website and developed strong content that complies with modern SEO guidelines, We also improved internal linking to structure the pages optimally, aiming to enhance the user experience and increase browsing speed.
As part of the SEO efforts, we focused on creating strong meta tags that target the buyer personas we developed, helping us attract the largest number of clients in this field, Additionally, we prepared a robots file and sitemap accurately to ensure proper indexing of important pages.
Furthermore, we developed strong backlinks by forming partnerships with reputable websites and publishing guest posts on the same sites where our competitors had published, This helped improve the website’s credibility and visibility in search results.
Thanks to these integrated efforts, we achieved satisfactory results in improving the website’s ranking and increasing traffic, reflecting the success we’ve achieved in this project.
